Brandon Gomez

Brandon Gomez represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases, both pre-litigation and in litigation.  He is proud to have been selected to the 2024 Northern California Rising Stars list by Thomson Reuters, an honor awarded to a very few young attorneys.

He has a degree in psychology from San Jose State University and received his law degree from Santa Clara University where he received a CALI Excellence for the Future award.

Brandon chose a career in personal injury law because it affords him the opportunity to have a positive impact on people whose lives have been damaged unexpectedly through no fault of their own. He says, “It’s satisfying to be able to help people get their lives back on track with the compensation they deserve.”

Brandon is bilingual in English and Spanish.  He is currently accepting new clients.
