Jorge Mastache

Jorge Mastache has been representing accident victims for over 20 years, both as a personal injury attorney and in the workers compensation arena. In 2000 he was certified as a workers compensation specialist by the Board of Specialization of the California State Bar.  This is a designation held by few attorneys and reflects significant training and experience in that area of law. In 2005 Jorge was named to the California Super Lawyer’s list, a designation awarded for outstanding achievement in both personal injury law as well as workers compensation law.

Jorge is proud of these achievements, primarily because they reflect his efforts to help those clients most in need: persons who have suffered injuries as a result of the negligence or fault of others. He gets a great deal of satisfaction from helping others get their lives back on track and recover compensation for their losses.

Jorge is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he earned the rank of captain while serving as an artillery officer. He is a graduate of Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, and he served as a deputy district attorney in Contra Costa County.

When he’s not fighting for the rights of his clients, Jorge enjoys gardening, cooking, exercising and spending time with his family.
