Accident Recovery: Car Accident in Lakehead, California

Our client went on a test drive with his friend who was considering purchasing a vehicle.  She was uninsured, and unbeknownst to him, she was also intoxicated.  After they started the car, she immediately lost control of the vehicle and suffered a single vehicle crash.  We were able to obtain the policy limits from the vehicle owner.  We were later able to make an under-insured motorist claim from our client’s own auto insurance policy, for the limits of his policy as well.
