Jason Rose

Jason Rose is a dedicated personal injury attorney and advocate for survivors of sexual abuse and is driven by a profound commitment to securing justice for victims of negligence and abuse.

As a seasoned litigator, Jason manages cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, civil assaults, dog bites, medical sexual assault, sexual abuse, and wrongful death.  He is honored to help victims navigate the legal system and ensure they are seen and heard.

Jason also enjoys giving back to the legal community through teaching at the U.C. Davis Paralegal Program, writing scholarly articles, and speaking at legal conferences and seminars.

Recognized for his legal excellence, Jason was included in the Northern California Super Lawyer – Rising Stars list for five consecutive years (2016–2020), an honor limited to only 2.5% of attorneys. Building on this success, he was also selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyer’s list in 2023, a distinction held by just 5% of practitioners in the region.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Dominican University of California and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. In addition to graduating magna cum laude, Jason was inducted into the Order of the Coif.

He is a Central Valley native and went to high school in Lodi. In his spare time, he enjoys running along the American River trails, practicing Eagle Claw kung fu, and spending time with his wife and pets.
