$150,000 Settlement for T-bone Accident in Sacramento

Our client waited at a stop sign before entering the intersection when it was her turn to do so.  Defendant did not think it was her turn, he drove into the intersection and t-boned her vehicle.  Along with orthopedic injuries, client was believed to have suffered a concussion.  We directed client to a concussion specialist to diagnose and treat the injury.  Her case later settled for $150,000 against Farmers largely due to the concussion workup.
