Parking Lot Accident in Elk Grove

Following a parking lot accident, it was discovered that our client suffered a torn rotator cuff.  We were able to convince the defendant’s carrier this tear was a result of the accident, and obtained the defendant’s policy limit without the cost and delay of a lawsuit.
