Harman Kaur

Harman Kaur joined Curtis Legal Group in 2023 and has been a personal injury attorney since 2014. She has successfully represented victims who have suffered injuries as a result of auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and slip/trip and falls. She works hard to ensure her clients obtain the best possible outcomes and receive the compensation they deserve. She is passionate about her work and is always willing to go above and beyond for the people she represents.

Harman obtained her Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from CSU Stanislaus in 2007, where she was recognized as an honors student. While in school, she was also a member of the Indian Student Organization and a mentor in a local youth outreach program.

She went on to earn her law degree from Humphreys University, Drivon School of Law in 2011 and graduated with honors in torts and real property. During this time, she also worked as an intern at various law firms, gaining the skills and experience she needed to further her career as an attorney and ensure she could provide her clients with the level of care they deserve.

Harman immigrated from India at a young age and has been a resident of the Central Valley ever since. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Punjabi. An active member of her community, she always strives to give back in whatever way she can. She is a chairperson for her local school council and regularly organizes cultural events for her Indian community. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children play soccer and karate. She is also a passionate traveler and explorer of different cuisines.
